Your report is a serious matter that may have consequences for the persons concerned.
As such, it is important to carefully consider the veracity of the facts observed and the comments made before reporting them, to avoid them being considered defamatory or slanderous.
For your own information, the admissibility of your report will be assessed according to the following criteria:
- does the report concern a situation encountered in a professional context?
- Does the report describe a harmful situation?
- Are the facts reported contrary to the law, regulations or Spineart's ethical principles?
- Does the report include any documentation (photo, document, video, etc.)?
- is the report made in good faith and without financial consideration?
In order to respect the confidentiality and legitimate rights of Spineart employees, all reports will be subject to rigorous analysis and a detailed internal audit.
The confidentiality of the identity of the author of a report made in good faith and without financial consideration will be preserved when he or she denounces acts contrary to Spineart's ethical principles, crimes or offenses, or violations of the law or regulations in force.
